HI!

My name is Amy and I am a Motorcycle Riding, Truck Driving, Wife, Step-Mum, and Granny who loves to design, craft and DIY. I am a bit on the A.D.D. side when it comes my crafting. (then again, I have had A.D.D since childhood… shoulder shrug) I love to learn new things and I love to make things. Of course this leads to what my hubby calls my tool collecting hobby.

This blog was inspired Pintrest. Pintrest helped the design ideas and the desire to create come back into my life. I have this idea that someone out there may be interested in what happens when someone actually tries out all of those super cool ideas that everyone is pinning. I want to try it all. Hence, between this blog and Pintrest, I have an excuse, or something to blame my A.D.D. on!! Yeeppeee!!!

This blog was also inspired by my need for an outlet. I need a place where I do not have to worry about what I say, a place where I do not have to worry about offending anyone. I need a place where I can be unapologetically me! And really, let’s face it, if you don’t like what I have to say, my style, or the items I make, you don’t have to read any more of my posts. I will promise you this. I will never intentionally say hurtful or mean things. Everything I say in this blog is JUST MY OPINION! You do not have to agree with me. If you do, great, if you don’t, great. I probably won’t respond if someone attacks my opinion but I will not attack someone else’s opinion.

I feel that I should warn you. I tend to type the way I think so I apologize in advance if my posts get a bit confusing. I will do my best to keep things in order and to the point… maybe… LOL

And where did the name “From the corner of two dirt roads” Well that is a hole post all by its self but here is a hint:
